Operating Rooms and Simulation lab
The biggest projects of the Rehmat Foundation for the year 2022 were at Nishtar Medical University, in Multan, Pakistan. The first project was the renovation of 8 operating rooms, 3 of which are lamellar at Nishtar Hospital.
The second project was building Simulation Lab at Nishtar Medical College. The founders Drs Ghulam Qadir and Huda Zenati attended the inauguration on November 2022. The Simulation Learning Center is training about 100 Medical Professionals every month.
The founders of Rehmat Foundation Drs Ghulam Qadir and Huda Zenati visited Pakistan from March 23 to April 8 2026. There was several meetings at Nishtar Medical university with Vice Chancellor Dr Mehnaaz Khakwani and other faculty members regarding maintenance and upgrading of current programs such as operating rooms and simulation center . In addition RF will launch new projects including Rehmat Garden, meals to needy medical students and regeneration medicine initiative . They visited the following departments: biochemistry, community medicine, neurosurgery, pediatric surgery, psychiatry and radiology. They also visited rose garden, site for Rehmat Garden , nursing and medical students hostels.
Rehmat Foundation founders , board members and an architect visited the site to build a medical clinic, skills center and food storage area at Maitla Chowk. The property is being donated by the Children and grandchildren of Karam and Muhammad Yar Maitla. The Exective commitee of RF, Multan comprising of Mian Muhammad Younus, Dr Khalil Ahmed, Dr Khawaja Saqib, and Mr Hyder Jamal took the responsibility to supervise the project to its completion.
