He is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist with a sub-specialty in Addiction and Geriatric Psychiatry and a certified psychiatric administrator. Dr. Qadir is a fellow of the Academy of Consultation/Liaison Psychiatry and a distinguished life fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. He has been in practice in Dearborn, Michigan since 1978. In addition, he served as chief of Psychiatry at Oakwood Healthcare for 14 years. Currently, he serves as CEO of Apex Behavioral Health Dearborn. Dr. Qadir attended Nishtar Medical College in Multan Pakistan.
Dr. Zenati is the secretary of the Rehmat Foundation. She has been practicing psychotherapy since 1994 and currently works at Apex Behavioral Health in Dearborn, Michigan. In addition, she was previously a reporter, and an editor, and taught Journalism at Yarmouk University in Jordan. Dr. Qadir is a retired federal secretary of IT and telecommunications. He has extensive administrative, legal, trade, IT, and diplomacy experience at national and international level. Dr. Qadir is the founder and chairman of Taaleem Foundation which operates a chain of high-performing grammar schools in underprivileged areas of Baluchistan. Dr Adil Mumtaz Hammadi is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Management & Marketing at Curtin University (Perth, Australia), with over 15 years of academic experience in teaching IT and supply chain management. He specialises in strategic supply chain management, sustainability, and digitalisation, and is known for designing and delivering undergraduate and postgraduate units using simulation-based experiential learning, flipped classroom approaches, and inclusive student support. Mr. Riaz Cheema is an accomplished IT professional with more than 30 years of experience in enterprise
technology, program management, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. He currently serves as a
Program Manager at Ford Motor Company, USA, where he leads enterprise IT initiatives focused on
modernizing applications through migration to the Google Cloud Platform.
Prior to joining Ford, Mr. Cheema held several senior leadership and technical roles across government,
banking, international development, and private-sector organizations. His previous positions include
Principal at Petroman under the Ministry of Production, Government of Pakistan; Assistant Director at
the Agricultural Bank of Pakistan; Senior Analyst at SunGard Dealing Systems in Sydney, Australia; and IT
Security Consultant for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
Mr. Cheema is also the Co-Founder of SSA Soft, a software development company in Lahore.
