Vice Chancellor (Nishter Medical University) Message for Flood Relief Activities
Update of Flood Relief Work 2022
Rehmat Foundation has been assisting in flood relief efforts in South Punjab since September 2022. Rehmat Foundation in collaboration with Nishtar Medical University provided medical care, food, and shelter to affected families in September and October of 2022.
Drs Ghulam Qadir, Huda Zenati, and Mr. Ayub Shah visited the flood-affected areas of DG Khan Division in November and December of 2022. They met with local residents and relief workers. Rehmat Foundation made a commitment to build 120 houses through Lari Project and 30 houses through Kawish Foundation. It also made a commitment to build 7 houses for medical students’ families who lost their houses, in collaboration with the Pakistan Association of Memphis and Nishter Medical university.
