Dr. Qadir is a retired federal secretary of IT and telecommunications. He has extensive administrative, legal, trade, IT, and diplomacy experience at national and international level. Dr. Qadir is the founder and chairman of Taaleem Foundation which operates a chain of high-performing grammar schools in underprivileged areas of Baluchistan. He is the owner of ITC4E consulting which provides innovative solutions to education technologies. The e-School is a platform of virtual schools operated by ITC4E. He is also the director of “Iqbal Institute for Policy Studies “ a think tank. Dr. Qadir is chairman of the board of “innoversity” an online training program in Pakistan. He is on the visiting faculty at the University of Cambridge in the Uk. Dr. Qadir will be our lead in education.
