Dr. Qadir is the President and Treasurer of the Rehmat Foundation. He is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist with a sub-specialty in Addiction and Geriatric Psychiatry and a certified psychiatric administrator. Dr. Qadir is a fellow of the Academy of Consultation/Liaison Psychiatry and a distinguished life fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. He has been in practice in Dearborn, Michigan since 1978. In addition, he served as chief of Psychiatry at Oakwood Healthcare for 14 years. Currently, he serves as CEO of Apex Behavioral Health Dearborn. Dr. Qadir attended Nishtar Medical College in Multan Pakistan.
Dr. Zenati is the secretary of the Rehmat Foundation. She has been practicing psychotherapy since 1994 and currently works at Apex Behavioral Health in Dearborn, Michigan. In addition, she was previously a reporter, and an editor, and taught Journalism at Yarmouk University in Jordan.
